Founded in 1983, Puladir Investment Casting Co. began manufacturing investment castings in 1986. Sales in 2003 were more than 7milion $.

Throughout our history, we have taken pride on our ability to partner with clients to solve their casting problems in innovative, cost-effective ways.

The company located 70 km west of Tehran is the first and largest investment casting plant in middle-east with a plot area of 14000 . It employs about 300 workers and staff members, that includes 20 engineers, 50 technicians and the rest are skilled workers. We are very proud of our engineers and technicians who have gathered lots of experience in this company during the last two decades.

Our company adopts the most advanced investment casting process
( LOST - WAX )

to produce all kinds of carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, heat-resistant alloys, high alloy nickel, aluminum-bronze parts weighing from few grams to 30kg and size up to 30cm.

In order to satisfy the clients who need larger parts with lower costs, the company adopted ( LOST-FOAM) process. Using this method, we could produce parts weighing up to 70kg with size up to 70cm. Cement factories, construction and mining industries are among the customers that have put regular orders for lost-foam casting.

Our machining shop equipped with a complete set of CNC-lathes, CNC-millings, CNC-centre machine, lathes, millings, drill machines, and much other machining types of equipment is currently producing more than 1,200,000 pieces of finished parts for our customers.

We accept high and low orders of parts with a variety of alloys, finished or unfinished from all sectors of industries. Quality control is an active function of manufacturing. Quality assurance starts the minute raw materials enter and continues through every stage of the casting and machining process.

Our management team has extensive experience in industry and would like to involve with our customer's design engineers at the early stages of contracts to ensure the production of the best and most cost-efficient parts. Having 20 years of experience, we have learned that, on-time production of quality parts with low profit margin will result in customer satisfaction.
